This medication definitely helped heal my ulcer. I used to have such intense burning pain, especially after meals. Now, that's mostly gone. The thing is, it messed with my digestion pretty badly at first. I had some crazy gas and bloating, and even a bit of nausea. It took a couple of weeks for things to settle down. I'm still taking it, and it's worth it for the pain relief, but I wish the side effects weren't so rough at the beginning.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this treatment. Sure, it might work for some, but I felt awful the entire time I was on it. Constant diarrhea, dizziness, and a metallic taste in my mouth became my new normal. The pain relief was minimal, and the side effects were just too much to bear. I stopped taking it after a week and went to see my doctor for other options.

I was really skeptical about this treatment at first. I'd heard about all the potential side effects. But, I was in so much pain, I was willing to try anything. Thankfully, I didn't experience anything too bad. Maybe a little bit of heartburn here and there, but overall, it was manageable. The ulcer pain disappeared completely within a few weeks, and I haven't had any recurrence.

It's a mixed bag, this medication. On one hand, it definitely helped my ulcer heal. The pain was a constant nightmare, and now it's gone. But, the side effects were a real drag. I had this weird tingling sensation in my hands and feet, which was unnerving. It went away after a while, but it was a constant worry for a while. I'm glad the ulcer is gone, but I'm glad to be off the medication too.
